Bocas del Toro

Leaving from San Jose, Costa Rica, travel to the Caribbean coast and the Panamanian Archipelago of Bocas del Toro. Made up of six rainforest-covered islands (only two with roads or services), “Bocas” is the ideal spot to spend a few days surrounded by nature. Snorkel in national parks, visit spectacular beaches perfect for sunbathing or swimming, and spot wildlife such as monkeys, sloths and poison dart frogs. Bocas has many endemic species, including one in particular: the “Accidental Expat”—many people like Bocas so much they never leave.

Day 1 San José

You are met in San José and transfered to the South Caribbean for overnight.

Day 2 Bocas del Toro (B,L)

Today we depart early for our transfer to Bocas Del Toro, a Panamanian island. Arrive in Guabito in Panama then to Finca where our boat will be waiting to take us to Isla Bocas. Our tour will begin here with a visit to the Bastimento & Zapatilla National Park for snorkelling. After lunch we transfer by boat to Isla Colon.

Day 3 Bocas del Toro (B,L)

After breakfast we transfer to Drago mouth at the north part of the island, one of the most natural beauties in the area. Enjoy the sun, the beach or practice snorkelling. After lunch we return to the hotel for a free afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 Bocas del Toro/South Caribbean (B,L)

After breakfast we transfer to Bastimentos National Park for a half day of snorkelling. After lunch we transfer back to the South Caribbean of Costa Rica for overnight.

Day 5 South Caribbean/San José (B)

Today we transfer back to San José.
