Get into Marocco's mountainous side on this four-day foray into the mighty Atlas, with plenty of walks, cool fresh air and relax in the evenings at comfortable small hotels and auberges. See an often-overlooked side of the country, far above the coastal heat, and walk through mountain passes lined with pine forests and stunning vistas.

Day 1 Marrakech

Arrive in Marrakech at any time and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Tamatert (B,D)

This morning we transfer to the Toubkal region for our first stop, Imlil, where we take lunch and then continue on with a short walk (approx 2km) to the village of Tamatert for dinner and overnight in a local gîte.

Day 3 Tamatert (B,L,D)

Today we enjoy a full day walk through the magnificent mountain landscape surrounding the village of Tamatert, including an ascent to the Tamatert pass. At 2200m the pass offers some fabulous views over the neighbouring valleys and summits, including the majestic Mount Toubkal peak.

Day 4 Marrakech (B)

Morning walk to Imlil (approx 1 -2 hours) then transfer to Marrakech where your evening is free to explore more of this exciting city.

Day 5 Depart Marrakech (B)

Transfer to the airport for departure.
